1. About Enertro
Enertro supplies electrical equipment and components for power distribution projects, including medium-voltage switchgear, vacuum circuit breakers, load break switches, earthing switches, disconnectors and related accessories. Product availability, specifications and project suitability are subject to written confirmation.
2. Website Information
Product descriptions, drawings, photographs, technical data and application information on this website are provided for general reference. We may update them without notice. Final specifications, standards, scope of supply and performance requirements are those stated in our confirmed quotation, technical agreement or sales contract.
3. Quotations and Orders
Website inquiries do not create a binding order. Prices, lead times, payment terms, Incoterms, packing, inspection requirements, documentation and delivery schedules must be confirmed in writing. An order becomes binding only after written acceptance by Enertro and receipt of any agreed deposit or payment.
4. Technical Confirmation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate system voltage, rated current, short-circuit rating, installation conditions, switchgear configuration, applicable standards and other project requirements. Products should be selected, installed, tested and operated by qualified personnel. Enertro is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information, unsuitable selection, improper installation, unauthorized modification or use outside the confirmed conditions.
5. Manufacturing and Changes
For customized or project-specific products, minor changes that do not reduce the agreed function or performance may be made to accommodate engineering, material or manufacturing requirements. Material substitutions or significant technical changes require written agreement where they affect the confirmed specification.
6. Delivery, Risk and Inspection
Delivery terms and transfer of risk are governed by the Incoterm and conditions stated in the confirmed quotation or contract. Customers should inspect packaging, quantity and visible condition promptly upon receipt and report any issue with supporting photographs and documents within the period stated in the contract.
7. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Warranty coverage, duration and remedies are defined in the applicable quotation, contract or warranty document. Unless otherwise agreed, warranty does not cover normal wear, consumable parts, transport damage after transfer of risk, improper storage, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized repair or operation outside specified conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
Website text, images, drawings, trademarks and other materials are owned by Enertro or used with permission. They may not be copied, modified, republished or used commercially without prior written authorization.
9. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Enertro is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enertro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability relating to supplied products is governed by the applicable sales contract and mandatory law.
